Step 2:  Organizational Management Analysis™

The second part of the CheckPoint™ 360º Leadership Development System  is an Organizational Management Analysis™ that alerts top management to potential leadership problems that can develop when leaders' goals are not in alignment with the goals of the organization. It is a unique 360º feedback system for your organization. Having this information encourages leadership development on an individual level as well as across the enterprise. Step 3:  The SkillBuilder™

The SkillBuilder™ Series rounds out the CheckPoint™ 360º Leadership Development System and is an organized management and leadership development program that addresses specific leadership skills identified in the Checkpoint™ 360º survey as requiring improvement, enabling leaders to pursue self-improvement in the areas most essential to improving their job performance. Consisting of 18 modules, leaders create and complete a customized leadership development plan using SkillBuilder™ modules. Unlike many courses and seminars, SkillBuilder™ activities are available online and are integrated into a leader's daily tasks.
