Dan has extensive business management experience in the energy industry, international trade, real estate, manufacturing, technology services and government with organizations.  Following over thirty years of successful roles in corporate tax, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, operations and finance Dan started Peak Pathways in 2003 to do the work he enjoys the most – helping people to grow and develop to fulfill their potential.

Dan is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach with The Hudson Institute of Coaching, an Accredited Coach Training Program of the International Coach Federation (ICF).  As an ICF member, he adheres to ICF’s code of ethics for coaches.  He also is an Independent Consultant for Korn/Ferry International Leadership and Talent Consulting.  In addition to being a Strategic Business Partner with Profiles International, Dan is certified to use and train others in the Profile XT™; Customer Service Profile™; Profiles Performance Indicator™; and CheckPoint 360°™ Competency Feedback System.  He has additional certification to administer and interpret the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi®).  Dan is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Omaha based Institute for Career Advancement Needs, Inc (ICAN) and the Men’s Advisory Council for ICAN.  He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, College of Business Administration.
